DELIVERY POLICY

    Getting your new part to you as soon as possible is important to us. We have taken care to make sure the whole process is streamlined and fast! We will keep you informed along the way.

    Orders typically leave the within 48 hours after payment has been completed. In the case of extended time required to put the order together we will contact you, this indicates a product is on pre-sale, and will usually leave the warehouse by the advertised shipping date. Once your order arrives in our warehouse on the expected ship date and is collected by our carrier, you will be notified via email and sent tracking information where applicable. When you have received notification your order has shipped, please allow another 3-5 business days for metro delivery and 4-7 days for regional areas.

  PLEASE NOTE: Our goal is to exceed our customer’s delivery expectations and we regularly do! Stated delivery times are industry averages. Delays may occur during holiday and peak periods or extreme weather conditions. Remote deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays.

MULTIPLE ORDERS

    Most orders will be combined into one delivery. However, in some instances you may receive multiple deliveries.

MISSED DELIVERIES

    Malkon Auto Parts deliveries will be made via the Australia Post eParcel service, or regular mail. If you are not home at the time of delivery, your order may be taken to a local depot or post office. A calling card will be left at the delivery address, containing all relevant contact details. Re-deliveries cannot be made where a delivery has been attempted and your item has been taken to the nearest post office or postal outlet. 

    If you have any problems with a part not being delivered try the contact information shown on your part's tracking details email first. It may still be in the carriers van , if you have no luck there please contact us via email: [email protected]
